Conversions use the standard values used across Nepal: an Aana is an 18.5 ft square (342.25 sq ft) and 1 Ropani = 16 Aana = 74 ft × 74 ft (5,476 sq ft); a Dhur is a 13.5 ft square (182.25 sq ft) and 1 Bigha = 20 Kattha = 400 Dhur (72,900 sq ft). 1 foot = 0.3048 m exactly.
